Hey guys I was recently made aware of a windows bug.

When you download subway chaos, and you run it. Something along the lines of "This program is used for packaged games and is not meant to be run directly"

Please be patient as I fix this issue, However there is a current workaround

You can go to 

Downloaded\WindowsNoEditor\SubwayChaos\Binaries\Win64\

And there should be an .exe file. Run it, and it should work!
